Meet the Team: Dave
Dave has been with Ranch Ehrlo for almost 25 years, the last 21 of which have been at Ehrlo Counselling Services. Dave works with clients ranging from teens to seniors, and his approach is always client-centered and strength-based. He draws on strategies from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Compassion-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavior Therapy.
While Dave works with a variety of client issues, he has a specific interest in working with clients who are experiencing grief. In addition to his client caseload, Dave also manages intakes for counselling and psycho-educational assessment requests.
Outside of work, Dave’s primary selfcare activities are wildlife/landscape photography, travelling, and collecting/playing/talking about his many bass guitars.
