Get the skills and certification you need to start in one of the most rapidly advancing industries in Canada: Information Technology. Cisco’s IT Essentials program is designed to enable successful students to pursue the A+ certifications available from CompTia. In 2007, there are 3 individual paths for the student to pursue: Remote/Help Desk, Field Service Technician, and Bench Technician.

Each exciting certification enables the individual to enter the IT industry with the knowledge that they are prepared for the path they have chosen.

Schaller college instructors are industry certified to assure that only the highest quality instruction is provided. Graduates will have demonstrated abilities and knowledge in Hardware and Software Installations. Other elements include Networking, Upgrades and Configurations. The main focus will remain on Diagnostic and Troubleshooting skills.
