 | Carole Bryant is VP of Administration and Quality Improvement with the Ranch Ehrlo Society. She has had a diverse career experience in social work, community development, HR, corporate services, board governance and communication. At the Ranch Ehrlo Society, Carole can be found writing, editing, and proofing various communications as well as overseeing Sport Venture, resource development, human resources, and IT. Needless to say, she is one busy lady! Carole has both an undergraduate and a master’s degree in social work. She also completed her MBA from Queen’s University in Kingston and has her CMA designation. |
 | Cyndi Gray is often found behind the camera or a paint brush. She loves to create art which tells a story. With a master’s degree in social work, Cyndi has worked with Ranch Ehrlo for five years providing clinical treatment services for youth. Expressive arts and animal assisted therapy techniques are favored treatment modalities. With her little dog, Catie in tow, Cyndi offers a unique, yet creative approach to therapeutic services. Cyndi is also currently working towards her post graduate diploma in
art therapy. |
 | Donna Nelson is a Human Resources Generalist at Ranch Ehrlo Society. Her first career path involved a Psychology Degree and front line work with all sorts of interesting individuals. Although she loved the work she traded it in for a desk job and got her Human Resources Certificate, which eventually brought her to the Ranch. It’s not all work though, she looks forward to the weekends and enjoys spending time being active, camping, golfing, playing ultimate Frisbee, spending time with family and friends…and the list goes on, after all the whole point is to have fun! |
 | Jason Kotyk was the Director of Residential Programs at the Corman Park Campus and has moved back to Regina to work in the Persons with Developmental Disabilities programs. He has been with Ranch Ehrlo over 16 years. Jason is happily married, his wife’s name is Renee, their children are Vayda (14), Max (10), and Peyton (4). His interests include coaching and playing hockey, camping, fishing, golf, and having fun with his family. |
 | Marion MacIver is the new President/CEO for Ranch Ehrlo. Marion has been associated with the Ranch in some form for over twenty years, originally as a classroom teacher in the Regina Public System where she had a Ranch youth enrolled in her class. She has also been a school principal with an on-site Ranch classroom, from 1995 – 2000 she was a member of the Ranch Ehrlo board of directors, and assumed her agency leadership role in 2003. Marion has undergraduate degrees in psychology and special education, a master’s degree in educational psychology, and a doctoral degree in administrative leadership. |
 | Trudy Bosch is the Communications Coordinator at Ranch Ehrlo Society. She is fascinated by all the components of the Ranch and likes exploring all the intricate programs and looks forward to someday meeting all of the 700+ staff. Trudy is also an avid volleyball player, a so-so dodgeball player and a terrible cook. |
