Faron Potts, Supervisor
Faron first started working for Ranch Ehrlo in 2005 as a Child Care Worker with the Residential clients at the Pilot Butte campus. Before this, she attended the University of Regina and received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a double minor in Native studies and Religious studies. Faron has also received her ECE I and is taking distance learning to receive her ECE II and III. She is very excited to be working with the Early Learning Center and is ready for new challenges! |

Reneé Eberts, Early Childhood Educator
Reneé joined the Ehrlo Early Learning team at the start of April 2012 and is looking forward to so many new adventures. Reneé has her ECE I and will complete her ECE II in June 2012. She has been in the Childcare field since 2006 and enjoys work with children of all ages. |

Lacey Butler, Early Childhood Educator
Lacey has been working at Ehrlo Early Learning Centre since September 2010 as an Early Childhood Educator. She completed the Human Service Worker Program through College of the Rockies in June of 2011. Lacey enjoys working with children and individuals with special needs and takes great pride in how much they grow and learn as a result of working with them. She is currently on the waitlist to complete ECE Level II and III, and is excited to continue building the great relationships she has started with the children and staff that she works with. |

Chasity Neault, Early Childhood Educator
Chasity has been working with Ehrlo Early Learning since January 2011. She started working in child care in 2005 in Glace Bay, Nova Scotia. She currently has her Early Childhood Education Level 1, and is taking classes for her Level 2. Chasity is the before and after school teacher. Chasity looks forward to her future with Ehrlo Early Learning as well as getting to know all the staff and children. |

Amanda Desjarlais, Early Childhood Educator
Amanda has been working with Ehrlo Early Learning Center since January 2012. She started working in child care in 2010 and has loved every new experience. She has her ECE II and is working towards her ECE III. Amanda is the pre-school teacher and is looking forward to all the new and wonderful things she will do with her group this year! Amanda is very excited to be working with the Ehrlo Early Learning team and has made some wonderful friendships already. |

Lori Urquhart, Early Childhood Educator
Lori has been working in the childcare field for ten years and loves it! She is very excited to be working for the Ehrlo Early Learning Centre and has been with us since August 2011. Lori is always excited to work with children, as it is her passion. She has her ECE ll and plans to work toward her level lll. |

Monique Dudragne, Early Childhood Educator (Casual)
Monique has just completed her education degree at the University of Regina and is excited to start looking for a teaching job for the fall. She started working for EELC in January and has had such a wonderful time meeting and getting to know the staff and kids. Monique has also worked for Camp Easter Seal for the last three years and finds that every experience with children is a unique one. |

Michaela Perry, Early Childhood Educator (Casual)
Michaela completed her Bachelor of Psychology from the University of Regina in the spring of 2010. In the summer of 2010 she began to work casually at the Ehrlo Early Learning Center. In the fall she plans to continue her education, working towards a Bachelor of Social Work. Michaela volunteers with the YMCA and Sofia House working with young children. Michaela is very excited to be working with Ehrlo Early Learning Center. |
